• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain products like perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products are non-returnable unless received damaged.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Replacements

• If a product is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost (subject to stock availability).

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
